Keep the property facts consistent
An English version and a Spanish version should describe the same home. Start by checking the address, price, room counts, dimensions and distinctive features. Correct those details before drafting either version so the shared project begins with a reliable set of facts.
The wording can vary naturally between languages. The facts should not. Watch for descriptions that introduce an amenity, a location claim or a room feature that is not supported by your listing and photos.
Choose a voice, then listen to the full version
ReelMyListing lets you select English or Spanish for a video and preview available voices. A preview helps you choose a tone; the finished narration still needs a complete review. Pay particular attention to street names, numbers, units and phrases that are specific to the property.
Read each spoken line in the final review step and make the wording sound natural to your audience. A short, direct sentence often fits a scene more comfortably than a long list of features. Keep the voice and music working together instead of competing for attention.
Treat captions as part of the edit
Captions can repeat the narration or emphasize a shorter idea. ReelMyListing includes controls to copy spoken text into captions for one scene or the whole video. After copying, check each section for length and readability.
You can set a different font, size, color and position for each photo or scene. You can also apply the same font or size across selected scenes. Review both language versions because different word lengths can change the way a caption wraps.
Plan for separate exports
Starter and Starter AI let you choose one language for each video. Pro, Agency and their AI versions support English and Spanish exports from the same project. Each finished export uses one video from the shared allowance, so producing both languages uses two videos.
Check the current plan details on the pricing page before generating. Download and review each finished MP4, then choose where to publish it. ReelMyListing does not automatically post to your social accounts.
