How to make a real estate listing video.
ReelMyListing turns a listing link or property photos into a vertical video with narration, music and editable captions. Here is the workflow.
Import the listing and check the facts
Paste the public property listing link. Review the address, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms and description before continuing. If an import is unavailable, enter the facts yourself and upload photos you have permission to use.
Select, arrange and frame the photos
Choose the images that tell the property’s story, then adjust their order and vertical framing. Check that important rooms and features stay in the frame. With an AI scene plan, you can animate a listing photo: the clip replaces its still image and is narrated once. A separate uploaded reference adds a new scene.
Choose the voice, language and music
Pick English or Spanish narration, preview voices and select a music track, or upload your own permitted music. Choose a visual style and add your contact details if you want them in the finished video.
Review every scene before generating
Read and edit each spoken line and caption. Set caption fonts, sizes, colors and positions per scene or apply font and size choices across scenes. Copy spoken text into captions individually or for the whole video when useful.
Generate, download and publish
Generate the finished MP4 after reviewing the content. Find it in My Videos, download it and publish it to your chosen channel. Keep the original photos and review the finished video before sharing.
A workflow for agents and brokerages
Individual agents can prepare property content with photos, narration and contact details. Brokers and teams can evaluate the same workflow across multiple listings and use consistent presentation choices. Users review their property facts and finished videos before publishing.
