Information we use
We use your name and email for your account; the listing details, photos and music you upload or import to create videos; and your preferences, scripts, projects, realtor details and usage history. When you sign in with Google we receive your identity, name, email and, when provided, profile image. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, YouTube or your Google files.
How it is processed
ReelMyListing uses Sites and Cloudflare to host the service and store files and projects; OpenAI to draft scripts from your supplied facts and photo thumbnails; Shotstack and its voice providers to generate and render audio and video; Resend for sign-in emails; Google for optional sign-in; and Stripe for payments and subscriptions. Data is sent to the providers needed to perform those functions. Stripe processes full card details; ReelMyListing receives payment status and billing identifiers.
Access, storage and sharing
Projects and uploaded files are associated with your account and require authorization. Rendered MP4s and render assets may be hosted at provider URLs: treat those links as information that a recipient could share further. Social sharing requires your action; we do not automatically publish to your social accounts. We use session cookies for sign-in and browser local storage for language, theme and draft preferences.
Your requests
We retain account, project and billing data needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact info@reelmylisting.com. Some payment or security records may need to be retained. Avoid uploading third-party personal information that is unnecessary for your listing.
